The adverse possession form is ADV1.
Use this form to apply for adverse possession of registered land. You can use form ST1 to supply the evidence required to support your application. A statement of truth in support of an application is a must.

You also need to send form FR1, a reduced scale 1 fee based on the price the land would fetch on the open market at the date of the application and an inspection fee of £40.
