If you are willing to apply for an Initial Application Under 7 Years Child Residence Route then make sure that your child meets all eligibility requirements for the 7 year Child Residence Route as outlined in Appendix FM of the Immigration Rules.

Required Documents for an Initial Application Under 7 Years Child Residence Route:

1. Child’s Valid Passport
2. Child’s birth certificate
3. Proof of your permanent residence in the UK for the past 7 years (such as bills, bank statement, school letters, doctors letter)
4. Evidence of child’s 7 years continuous residence in the UK (school record medical record)
5. Biometric information of the child
